Jaguar Courtyard© is staffed and managed by Alpha Management Partners – A full-time professional management and maintenance team. Alpha Management strives to create a home-like community, building relationships with each resident. The local staff engage in community service outreach, academia-oriented learning events and these resident appreciation parties. During office hours, students can stop by with any questions or concerns! After office hours, our on-site resident assistants are readily available 24/7 for assistance with emergencies.
A PERFECT FIT FOR YOU
Whether you’re moving with roommates or joining us on your own, all leases are individual. Jaguar Courtyard© individual lease program will let you room with people you chose without being on the same lease agreement. The great thing about individual leases is you are only responsible for your own monthly rent and utilities. If an individual breaks their lease, no other roommates are affected. And if a roommate moves out, you aren’t responsible for damage they may have caused to their area of the apartment. Contact our leasing office for more details.
